Dielcon AB provides advanced consultanty services and commonly does this together with partners. Dielcon AB is either lead contractor or sub-contractor. Dielcon AB was founded in Sweden during 1991.

Dielcon AB provides support concerning project management and commonly to handle hard situations and complex projects. Further, support to manage programs or project portfolios is also provided. In addition, support to manage changes of organizations and processes can also be provided.

Dielcon AB helps to facilitate both internal and external business development. Concerning internal, development of processes and production/distribution environments can facilitated and architected. Regarding external, development of strategy and strategic planning can be facilitated and supported.
Cyber-, information-, OT-, ICS-, and IoT security, development security, connected products and cloud security
Dielcon AB helps organizations to improve cyber- and information security related to Internet and IT-environments. Further, "cybersecurity" for production and distribution environments (OT), which include ICS and IoT-devices can be architected and improved from organizational to technical levels. Development security, in order to keep the development environment secure, available and the integrity upheld, can be investigated and improved. Security for connected products, with IIoT, cloud services and data from multiple customers crossing organizational boundraries, can be investigated and improved.
In additon, we can provide support for preparation and certification efforts concerning ISO-27001/2, IEC-62443, DNVGL-SP0/1, etc.
